However, we can you offer a FULL REFUND to offset the site visitation fee once you have proceeded to make a purchase for our deck products. Alternatively, instead of a site visit, you can visit our production facility during working hours. If your schedule is not convenient to visit, you can also make an appointment for a Whatsapp face-to-face video chat with our staff.
